Become a Sales Super Star by Michael Strickland
The ability to sell is generally viewed as more art than science. I am sure you have heard more than one person say, "Salespeople are born, not made." We have all met the naturally gifted salesperson who made selling look easy. I recognize and have worked with salespeople who have been blessed with natural gifts to sell.
Most of us, however, have not been given an inventory of all the natural gifts and, as a result, have to work harder in developing our skills. The fact that there are naturally gifted salespeople does not mean that you cannot become a Superstar! No different than a doctor, lawyer or engineer, you can definitely learn to develop and improve your skills.
You can, if you choose to do so, elevate yourself to superstar status without the natural gifts.
