STAR Plus is designed for the larger indenpendent industrial laundry that would benefit by  on-going "customized" sales/ service solutions.

The STAR(Sales Training Activity and Reinforcement) Training Program is a continuous training and coaching system, designed to further enhance your sales skills through the use of audio and web conferencing techniques.  STAR is not designed to replace live training but to reinforce skill learned in the CSC Sales Training Boot Camps offerred since the year 2000 by the Strickland Group.

• Brief Training 1 hour Web Access Monthly 
• Access, calling instructions, passwords  provided via email in advance to program
• Michael Strickland Facilitates Web Meeting providing discussion on industrial laundry sales skills, techniques, and tools.
• Questions, Discussions, and Pre Work Provided in Advance
• Inexpensive Monthly Fee with no limit to participants
