Time Management

Most of us let the hours, days and weeks get away from us without working some sort of plan on what is important.  Manage your time on those critical activities that will make you successful.

A simple Superstar rule is to maximize face time! Spend most of the day in front of or on the phone with customers instead of doing paperwork, proposals, administrative activities and general time-wasters.

Do the less important, non-urgent activities before and after the key selling times of the day.  Customers usually make decisions and actions to purchase between 8:00am and 5:00pm.
